Qurevo Businesses provides professionally managed business profile pages. We are not a website builder. Business pages are created and managed by Qurevo.

Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. Qurevo reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or remove any application at its sole discretion.
Business pages are manually created. Approval times may vary. Qurevo does not guarantee a specific completion time unless expressly agreed in writing.

Qurevo may provide a grace period at its discretion.
Business owners retain ownership of their submitted logos, text, and images. By submitting content, you grant Qurevo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, and use that content solely for operating, promoting, and providing the Qurevo Businesses service.
The platform design, templates, branding, software, code, icons, layouts, and other Qurevo intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Qurevo.

Approval does not certify business quality, authenticity, licensing, or legal compliance. A Qurevo business page indicates only that the business has been accepted onto the platform. Customers should make their own decisions before engaging with any listed business.
While pages are designed to be SEO-friendly, Qurevo does not guarantee Google rankings, first-page placement, search traffic, leads, sales, or revenue. Search engine visibility depends on numerous factors outside our control.
We strive to keep the platform available. However, downtime may occur due to maintenance, server issues, third-party failures, security incidents, or force majeure events. Continuous availability is not guaranteed.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Qurevo, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, business opportunities, data, or business interruption arising from or related to use of the platform.
Where liability cannot legally be excluded, Qurevo's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer to Qurevo for the current subscription period.
Businesses remain solely responsible for their products, services, customer interactions, pricing, legal compliance, licenses, taxes, and warranties. Qurevo is only the platform provider.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Qurevo, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and legal expenses arising from your business, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
Qurevo may suspend or terminate accounts for reasons including fraud, abuse, false information, illegal activity, non-payment, or violation of these Terms.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, subscription fees are non-refundable once work has commenced or a business page has been created. Refund requests remain subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
Qurevo may modify pricing, features, plans, design, or functionality at any time.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the courts having jurisdiction over the location where Qurevo is registered or principally operates, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
